Harry came into the real estate business as a natural progression from his career in the building and general contracting businesses. Harry spend 38 years working for various builders and running his own general contracting company for 15 of those years. Additionally he operated a successful residental property management company. Harry also held an elected office as a Township Supervisor in Chester County PA for 6 years where he lived till 2017 when he moved to Northeast Florida. Harry obtained his PA real estate license in 2004 and in 2006 when to work with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors and The Hollygross Group with whom he is still with today. Harry is now also licensed in the state of Florida with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty where he resides and continues his career in the warmth and sunshine of Florida, servicing the real estate needs of the residents and furture residents of Northeast Florida. Harry brings to the table a wealth of knowledge related to real estate, home construction and the workings of local goverment that is benefical to any Buyer or Seller.
